Aims
This block discusses the possibilities of applying the BIM methodology in public procurement / tenders in the construction sector. It also explains the guidelines for the information exchange processes to be achieved in the context of public procurement and their stages.
The third part, according to the “Guide to the Implementation of European Public Sector Building Information Modelling (BIM)” (www.eubim.eu 1), presents strategic actions to implement BIM technologies and to achieve good performance, innovation and growth in projects in the construction sector.
